Let’s fix it together!

We know that Lincoln Road NE isn’t the only dangerous street in our neighborhoods. 
 

1. Intersection of Rhode Island Avenue and North Capitol Street.

We’ve submitted a proposal to our ANC 5E09 Commissioner and to DDOT to help this dangerous, chaotic intersection.

2. 3rd Street NE - All Way Stops

We'd like to see all-way stops along 3rd Street NE. Currently it's every other block. An all-way stop at Randolph and Seaton Place would improve safety along this corridor that is another frequently traveled route for students traveling to and from school.

3. Harry Thomas Rec Center Maintenance

The maintenance of the playground and center is seriously sub-par. We've started working with DPR and DGS to submit work orders for Harry Thomas Rec Center and we're continuing to advocate to get those fixes in place. Email us for more details and on how you can help.
